                About Us

                Ecombine Advanced Material Co., Ltd. was established on the platform of the National Engineering Research Center For Rubber and Tire (Nercrat) in September 2014. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research development and production of high-performance rubber new materials. The plant covers a total area of 792.45 mu, with a total investment of ¥2.836 billion. Ecombine adopts the Liquid-phase Mixing Technology which is the first invention and has independent intellectual property rights, affecting the way of traditional mechanical work for rubber mixing.

                The Liquid-phase Mixing Technology

                Compared with the traditional dry mixing technology, the liquid-phase mixing technology can reduce the energy consumption by more than 20%, decrease the equipment investment and floor area of tyre enterprises, and effectively alleviate the investment pressure of tyre enterprises. The liquid-phase mixing technology has solved the problems of high investment, low efficiency, high energy consumption, much dust and poor filler dispersion in the traditional dry mixing process at one time.
